How long have you worked here: 2.5 years - I was the 1st Founding Member hire!

Tell me a brief description of your role and responsibilities?

Presenting the Bippit platform to proactive companies looking to support the financial health & wellbeing of their employees! I love social selling and talking to HR Leaders and Directors about the general benefits of having a financially healthy workforce! 

What is your favourite thing about working at Bippit?

The people and the level of trust you are given in your role to move forward and progress on your own terms. I also think the support we have for each other here is second to none!

What stands out to you about the company Culture at Bippit?

Collaboration! Everyone is trying to help each other reach the same goals, no egos, no glory. Just one team united in moving the business forwards and reaching our mission of enabling everyone access to a financial coach, no matter their starting point or bank balance. 

What is one thing you’ve learned since working at Bippit?

One kind gesture or complimenting someone on a good job can make the world of difference to the morale of not just that employee, but the whole team. Thats why we celebrate all the wins - big and small - in our slack Shoutouts channel, which integrates with Culture Amp so those shoutouts feed into our performance reviews and keep us accountable. 

What did you do on your last day off work?

The coolest thing this year was skiing with my pals in Tignes! More recently I went to Ireland to visit my wee Mammy.

What is your favourite benefit provided by Bippit?

Flexible working! It means we can work when and where we want, with the knowledge and trust that we will get the job done, and the job always gets done. We know as a business that people have unexpected things that crop up (family/emergency/appointments) and we allow people the trust to do what they need to do without policing their activity. It means everyone gets the work life balance they need and also always gets the job done to a high standard because their mental wellbeing is being protected.
